Malindi and Watamu, like any other places in the world experience high and low seasons.
High Season is from October to Mid March, and is the best diving period to the Marine Park and reserve.

A good number of the ocean visitors pass along the coast of Kenya on their seasonal migration: whale sharks and humpback whales are often spotted passing through between October and February.

Low season begins from Mid March through September.

During this period, we only do dives from Malindi where there are a few dive sites accessible.
